About Our CEO: Andrew Staff

Andrew Staff is a seasoned CFO and Non-Executive Director with a wealth of experience across multiple industries, including retail, finance, and technology. His career spans leadership roles in established businesses and dynamic start-ups, where he has consistently delivered exceptional results through strategic transformation, cultural change, and operational excellence.

Andrew’s professional highlights include leading high-value mergers and acquisitions, spearheading organisational governance improvements, and driving substantial growth in revenue and profitability. At Forbidden Planet International, he oversees a £21m retail business with 17 stores, championing innovation and customer-centric solutions. His earlier achievements include orchestrating a £6m business sale, implementing advanced ERP systems, and managing multi-million-pound property developments.

An ACCA Fellow and graduate of Ashridge Business School’s Future CEO program, Andrew combines financial expertise with strategic vision. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, investing, and mentoring upcoming leaders. With a track record of delivering impact and fostering success, Andrew is at the helm of Kinesis Insight, driving tailored financial solutions and strategic guidance for clients.
